Shipping Policy
We ship every Monday via UPS (continental U.S.) and USPS (for Puerto Rico).
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages marked as “delivered” that later go missing.
Returned packages due to address issues will require an additional payment for reshipment.
Shipping fees will not be refunded in cases where access to the delivery location is denied or the destination is closed.
Estimated delivery times do not account for weather conditions or other unforeseen delays.
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier backlogs or high-volume periods.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies and the fact that we can’t control storage or handling after delivery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please reach out via our Contact page. We’ll do our best to help and ensure a great experience with Artin Sweet.
Please keep in mind: Cancellations must be requested at least 2 business days before your scheduled pickup or shipping date.
Once your order is in production, we are unable to make any changes, modifications, or cancellations.
