This website is operated by Artin Sweet, a brand specialized in artisanal baking and online education. We offer digital products (downloadable recipe eBooks) and physical products (handmade cookies) available for local pickup in Orlando, FL, and shipping within the United States.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

  • All of our recipe eBooks are registered and protected by copyright under Artin Sweet®.

  • They are for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. This link is personal, non-transferable, and has limited download access.

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered for digital products.

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COOKIES)

  • All cookies are made to order.

  • The minimum order is 4 cookies.

  • Pickup is available any day of the week at our physical location in Orlando, FL. You will receive the address and pickup details after checkout.

  • Shipping is available within the continental U.S. Orders are shipped every Monday.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx), though we’ll do our best to assist you if any issue arises.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Digital products: All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

  • Physical products: Cancellations are accepted within [24/48] hours of placing your order, provided that production has not begun.

  • Due to the nature of edible products, we do not accept returns, unless an error was made on our part.

5. ALLERGIES & LIABILITY

  • Our cookies may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and others.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredients before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

6. PERSONAL USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website—including recipe eBooks, product names, images, texts, and recipes—is the exclusive property of Artin Sweet® and is protected by copyright law.

  • Our eBooks include original, registered recipes and may not be shared, reproduced, or published without written consent.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
